The Williams & Dean architectural team is currently working on renovations for a Leadership Center. The client needs a space for students to build their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success. We are excited to be challenged with creating a multi-purpose building that allows for museum display, presentations, assemblies, classrooms, and meeting spaces.

The Capitol Place Redevelopment is an ongoing office and parking deck project. The building is designed to use the site efficiently for parking and office space. The North facade of the building is the main entrance where there is a great opportunity to include large expanses of glass to let in indirect north light and provide views of the Capitol complex. The East and West facades have glass storefront set up on a module for flexible office layouts and limited direct sunlight. There is a 3rd floor balcony over the entrance that serves a cafe provided as part of the building shell space. The opaque box near the front entrance is a conference center that serves the building and the capitol campus across the street. To provide controllable indirect daylight to these spaces, thin clerestories wrap the box from the top and around to the front.
